Cinnamon Toast
Ingredients
• 1.25 oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
• 6 oz. hot apple cider
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 1 tbsp. cinnamon
Mixing Instructions
• Add apple hot cider and Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum in glass rimmed with sugar and cinnamon
Commentary
I make this every Christmas Eve for family and friends and it's always a big hit. To personalize it, I simmer the cider in some mulling spices and drain them out before serving to give it an extra holiday flavor. Original recipe from TheBar.com

Tanqueray Rouge
Ingredients
• 1.25 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
• 1 oz. simple syrup
• .75 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz. pomegranate juice
• 1 spiral lemon peel
Mixing Instructions
• Add Tanqueray London Dry Gin, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and pomegranate juice
• Shake with ice and strain into martini glass
• Garnish with lemon peel spiral

Baileys Holiday Martini
Ingredients
• 2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
• .25 oz. Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
• .25 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
Mixing Instructions
• Add Baileys Irish Cream, Smirnoff No.21 Vodka, and Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
• Shake with ice and pour into martini glass
• Garnish with raspberry

Thanksgiving Toast
Ingredients
1 oz. Beefeater Gin
1/2 oz. canned cranberry sauce
1/2 oz. Ginger ale
Garnish: 3 roasted walnut halves, speared cranberries or a sprig of rosemary
Mixing Instructions
Shake vigorously with ice and strain into martini glass. Add a float of ginger ale after straining. Garnish with 3 roasted walnut halves, speared cranberries, or a sprig of rosemary

Pomegranate Toddy
Ingredients
3 oz brandy
1 1/2 oz Pama pomegranate liqueur
(or substitute with 2 oz pomegranate juice and 1/4 oz simple syrup)- 3 oz Darjeeling tea with cloven
Garnish: cinnamon stick and orange peel
Mixing Instructions
Brew tea first. In an Irish coffee mug, pour brandy and pomegranate liqueur. Pour hot tea and stir. Garnish with cinnamon stick and orange peel.
